PlayerUnknown’s Battleground is the most played video game in the world, with over 400 million players playing one or another version of the game. PUBG was first released in 2017 by PUBG Corporation, a subsidiary of the video game company Bluehole. It was intended at first for Microsoft Windows, but then it was also released for Xbox One a year later. There is also a free-to-play mobile version for Android and iOS devices and also for PlayStation 4.
The PC version of the game is the most popular one among online multiplayer battle royale game players as there are many more perks. Unfortunately, all the specifications that a PC must have in order to support this version are quite many. And without a good internet connection, you can’t even play the game very well
Due to its positive reviews from critics and players and due to the demand of a version of the game for low-end devices, PUBG Corporation released a Lite version of the game.
The features of PUBG Lite
Here is a list with some of the most important characteristics of the Lite version:
- Good graphics
PUBG Lite has better graphics than the PC version, maybe also due to the high requirements of the latter.
- PC version equivalent
Even though this version has some reductions when it comes to some features, it is the equivalent of the PC version when it comes to the game story.
- Good for low-end devices
As it is a Lite version, it is perfect for devices that cannot achieve the original games’ minimum specifications.
- Lack of bugs and glitches
A downside of the PC version is that it is not that perfect when it comes to fixing bugs and glitches. An advantage of the Lite version is that it has no problems with this kind of issues.
- Free
PUBG Lite is free, while the PC version costs 29.99€ and also has in-game purchases.
