Pokémon fans have been waiting with great anticipation the new paired versions of Generation VIII, Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield. The release is scheduled to happen on November 2019, the current year. Before that happens, there are many features that the developers have made public to the world and are as exciting as the fact that there is less than three months until we can play the game.
What are Poké Jobs?
One innovation the new Pokémon game brings is the Poké Jobs. As you might think, Poké Jobs allows Pokémon to do freelance work in the Galar region, as it is a common occurrence for people and Pokémon to work together.
The places the Pokémon can get part-time jobs are corporations and universities. What trainers have to do is to go to the Rotomi in Pokémon Centers and look for available Poké Jobs. Among the areas of activities, the Pokémon can try can be the construction field, cooking and farming business. An example of an ad about a job has the title ‘to protect our investments’ which can mean that the Pokémon will work in the security business or something like that. Trainers will also have to pay attention to their Pokémon personalities and qualities, as you might not want Machoke to work in a kitchen, but rather on a construction site or on a farm. Grookey and Drednaw are also perfect for farming and construction sites.
The experience the Pokémon will have after the job will help them to grow. Also, trainers will be able to send more Pokémon to a single job or to different jobs. This will have a good impact on everyone, especially for the trainer.
Other features that have been announced with the game is the Corviknight, which is a flying taxi/raven, eight-gen Pokemon, mechanics like Dynamaxing and Gigantimaxing and the new Galar region.
