It has been announced that Money Heist will get a new season on Netflix, much to the delight of the fans. The news follows the drop of season 3 on the 19th of July 2019. This series sees the thieving gang reunited under the guidance of mastermind El Professor.
Money Heist Season 3
The crew joins up again to save up of their own from Panama police officers. They do this by performing a heist where they steal gold reserves from the Bank of Spain. Since the show’s launch in 2017, it has grown to become the largest attraction in the Netflix roster that features a foreign language.
2017 marked the quick succession of the first two seasons. Something that shows serious commitment from the fans and the production team. But the third season launched recently in the summer of 2019, marking a pretty long wait for viewers.
Money Heist Season 4
Season 4 has been quickly announced after the full launch of season 3 but you may be wondering when it can be expected to launch. Netflix has not officially announced the development or launch of the next season but Alex Pena, the series creator, has made some interesting claims during a June press conference.
Pena has commented about the current standing of the story and the characters for season 3. He said that the characters are not 100 percent develop and their story arcs require one last season to complete.
This suggests that filming is already underway for season 4 and will likely be ready for a late 2019 or an early 2020 release. Seeing that the popularity and support for the show are not presenting signs of slowing down, it is likely that fans will get the fourth, possibly last season.
It is pretty safe to say that Money Heist will get another season on Netflix. The show will definitely come with a full cast as well.
