Sad news for GTA 6 fans. You might have to wait some more time for the Rockstar sequel to get to you. Despite the fact that GTA 5 was released back in 2013, Rockstar still hasn’t announced a release date for its sequel. Following the success of the release of Red Dead Redemption 2, fans are still waiting for news with regards to the next GTA game.
However, according to industry analysts, fans could wait longer to get the game. According to Alex Giaimo, GTA 6 won’t be released until at least April 2021. Due to this extended wait for the next major release from the company, Giaimo has advised people not to invest for now. Take-Two has the most high-quality content in all the US publishers, but valuation feels full. They believe that, despite the success of Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead Redemption, Take-Two is in a soft spot if we are to take into account the timing of the next release.
This delay for the GTA 6 game is not a surprise for all the fans who have been following the rumors. According to some reports, GTA 6 will have the biggest open-world map that was ever created by Rockstar.
It has also been said that the Grand Theft Auto sequel would come for PS5 and Xbox Scarlett, which makes sense if we are to look at the timing. If we believe the previous reports, it may come to PS5 has a timed exclusive, before actually hitting Xbox Scarlett.
We have also heard of a particular leak that was posted on Reddit. It claimed that the action from GTA 6 would take place in two locations. It also claimed that it will be set in the 70s or 80s and that it will only have one playable protagonist.
