Android Users Can Now Link Their Phones to Windows

Microsoft’s “Your Phone app” recently got a new member for the app suite, named “Companion – Link to Windows”.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ will integrate Your Phone Companion by default, and Microsoft stated that several new features are on their way and will be available until the end of 2019. One of the most notable features is that users can relay phone calls through the Your Phone app. When Microsoft and Samsung talked about the new app at Galaxy Unpacked, both tech giants used the phrase “link to Windows”, and this addition to the Google Play Store listing reflects that emphasis.

High ranking

It’s remarkable that in the United States, “Your Phone Companion” is currently the #5 free download app for Android, close to Adobe Acrobat, but way ahead of Google Docs, and this hints that the Samsung-bump is a real thing and gaining popularity.
